1 large chicken breast
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
8 ounces Italian bread stuffing mix
1 (10 ounce) package Susanne's Old English Cottage Cheese Breakfast Mix
1 cup sliced pepper jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with soup mix, seasoning packets, pepper jack cheese and pepper onion paste.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
