7 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pound chocolate graham cookies
1 cup chopped chocolate almonds
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13x9 inch pan. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Press mixture evenly onto bottom and 2 inches up sides of pie pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove over night and sprinkle with chopped chocolate almonds, pecans, and roasted peanuts. Return to oven
