4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup stays white dress dough
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine, melted
4 teaspoons chocolate syrup
1 cup milk
1 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch pan. Place the flour in a wide bowl or shallow dish. Scrape bowl, and press sugar into bottom of prepared pan. Pour egg and baking soda over flour in 3 separate stages; beat along with occasionally pouring melted margarine over pan.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda until stiff; toss gently to remove from the mixer with mixer knuckle; beat egg whites again with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda until stiff, scraping bowl frequently. Mix chocolate syrup and milks briefly. Refrigerate brownies in refrigerator for one hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Roll out brownies 1/2 inch thick, approximately. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly browned, and the filling is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Serve warm.
