1 (3 ounce) package instant white corn cereal
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pinto beans, drained
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix oil, poultry seasoning, baking powder, pepper and pinto beans. Pour into 10x13 inch baking pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. I baked it for about 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
