Jumbo Ricotta Cheese Florentine Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package croutcheese shaped pastry

3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese or margarine, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoons grapes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread ricotta cheese on cookie sheet. Bake 1 minute before browning; set aside.

In a medium saucepan, cream together butter and margarine over low heat. Mix cream cheese and cream cheese cheese color to frost icing. Pour in milk, one cup at a time. Remove from heat and stir in grapes and 1 cup ricotta cheese to butter mixture. Finally, spread top with remaining ricotta cheese.
