2 pounds king salmon, filleted
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 small white onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch dried parsley
1 (8 ounce) can concentrated lemon juice
1 cup distilled white vinegar
Season fish on both sides with Italian-style seasoning, basil, oregano salt, and salt and pepper to taste. Place fish in a medium bowl and toss with seasoning mixture. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice and vinegar. Saute fish until soft, about 20 minutes.
Return fish to the large bowl, and serve over a bowl of bone-in chicken and vegetables. Garnish with parsley and onion.
