1 cup whipped cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup maraschino cherries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, whip the whipped cream until light and fluffy. Place the mayonnaise in a small bowl and blend the maraschino cherries and vanilla into the whipped cream.
In a small bowl, add pecans. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
