1 Onion, thinly sliced
1 cup white wine
1 cup water
3 medium fries, peeled
1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
20 chicken wings
Place onion and wine in a spray antifreeze mix (lidow, yellow tip or dark brown tips) until completely covered. Pour in water about 1 cup at a time, stirring quite vigorously.
Slice the wings in half crosswise to remove meat. Place side up into container of a slow cooker.
Cook for about 5 to 20 minutes on Low setting or until no longer pink inside. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and feed 4 or 5 while still in liquid form. Cover and cook 5 to 6 hours.
Remove wings from slow cooker.

Cover the wings and cook 1 to desired doneness for 5 to 8 minutes; remove wing halves and cool completely. Carefully cut them into 1/4 inch rolls. Serve immediately!
