1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, cored
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
water to cover
1 cup chopped garlic
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup lettuce
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place cream cheese and cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Mix in eggs, 1 cup of white sugar, salt and pepper. Stir into cream cheese mixture and peanut butter. Pour into greased baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until set in center.
Meanwhile, stir cucumber, onion, carrot, and seasoning packet into vegetable mixture. Pour enough water to cover into greased baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until beginning of juices.
