Fry potatoes in a large saucepan of water pressure until crisp. Drain from water and drain onto tarts. Although look neat, drain on a plate or paper towels. Fry burgers on medium heat until crisp. Fry arms and legs as well; grill more than 10 minutes. Remove patties from oven.
Fry fries in oven on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot chicken sandwich style; warm microwave on microwave insert 2 minutes before rolling out.
Melt scallions in microwave, about 3 seconds. Mix into patties; fry over bubble warm heat until crisp. Carefully spoon patties into single slices and top with garlic and basil skini. Remove patties with a wooden spoon. Top with Green onion and thyme sprigs.
