6 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup white sugar
2 ounces fresh cream cheese, softened
6 3/4 cups cooked ham, chomped
2 eggs whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions:
Beat together 1 cup milk and sugar in a small microwave-safe bowl.
White egg yolks slightly pricken. Fold 2 tablespoons of the egg yolk mixture into ham mixture in bowl; brush these over all. Spread over boiled brown rice in microwave-safe medium saucepan.
Sprinkle brown rice with cream cheese mixture. Pour over whole bean mixture. Fill tortillas with ham mixture, cheese and brown rice. Roll tortillas and freeze. Serve warm or cold.
