1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese or cottage cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, corn and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in milk, egg, basil and dried basil. Move mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool cake completely before cutting into squares.
