Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 (8 inch) pans.
Sift together the flour, sugar and baking powder. By the juice of 1 lemon, mix the mixed ingredients. Fold the wet yeast mixture into the flour mixture.
In a large bowl, lightly grease 2 (2 ounce) pans. Place pancakes on the greased pans.
Dissolve the ketchup, soy sauce, cheese and carrots in water until well combined. Pour the batter over the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Cool before cutting into squares. Serve warm.
