1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salt
5 pounds beef sirloin tip steaks
2 tablespoons butter
Cook steak in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat and shred on paper towels.
To the grease brown sirloin tip steak, add 8 tablespoons butter. Cook 9 minutes on medium heat, until steak is well browned.
In a large saucepan place the browned steak, sour cream and salt to taste, then remove from heat. Let cool, strain meat, then discard. Place sirloin tip steak in freezer overnight.
