2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 medium tomatoes
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
In a blender, combine cream cheese, tomatoes, onion, sugar, hot water, cream cheese, eggs, mozzarella cheese and parsley. Blend until smooth. Serve at once.
