1 (3 ounce) can meat
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 teaspoons dried oregano
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 (3 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8x8 inch casserole dish with non-stick spray; place chicken in dish and sprinkle with brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, pineapple, lemon juice and lemon juice. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
