1 pound macaroni
2 pounds grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 teaspoon melted butter
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until al dente; drain. Meanwhile butter or margarine in a large bowl, cream cheese until light and fluffy; stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Gradually blend in garlic, tomatoes, onions, honey, pepper, parsley and cream cheese mixture. Toss together and serve.
