1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Place flour in small bowl; stir in baking soda. In a large bowl, beat milk until smooth. Stir flour mixture into peach mixture. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Mix until blended, and pour into greased 9 inch springform pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
