1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger fruit juice concentrate
1 tablespoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 cup bourbon
In a small glass or metal bowl, beat pudding mix, vodka and fruit juice concentrate. Beat smooth and pour into a glass, shaking to coat. Shake vigorously to keep it together. Pour into a punch bowl and pour thick syrup over. Shake vigorously to keep it together. Garnish with lemon extract, liqueur and vanilla extract.
