1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
2 fluid ounces cranberry juice
2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 fluid ounce cranberry juice
1 fluid ounce ginger ale
2 fluid ounces lemon juice
Stir together the vodka, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, ginger ale and lemon juice in a cocktail glass. Top off with ice and garnish with chilled pineapple.
