2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 slices bacon, diced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese blend
2 (10 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll out the pie crust to shape. Spread the whipped topping in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with butter and Worcestershire sauce.
In a medium bowl, mix shredded cheese, cheese blend, bacon, onion, celery, garlic powder, ham and egg. Mix well. Place mixture in oven and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese mixture is bubbly and bubbly. In the same medium bowl, mix cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Stir and spread mixture over pie.
Remove pie from oven and slice into 1 inch slices. Spread cream cheese mixture over pie slices. Arrange sliced slices of ham over cream cheese mixture. Chill until serving.
