1 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup crushed garlic
1/3 cup beef broth
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
In a medium bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, crushed garlic and beef broth.
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Dissolve ketchup in water and stir into the saucepan with the Worcestershire sauce; heat and pour mixture over the meat. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in tomato sauce and serve.
