1 (15 ounce) can strawberries, juice reserved
1 pint cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup instant lemon juice
1/4 cup sparkling lemon zest
1 pound sliced strawberries, finely diced
1 envelope instant lemon flavored Jell-O mix
6 sliced fresh strawberries, halved
2 cups sliced sprigs of fresh mint
