1 (9 inch) pie crust
2 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 (11 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the margarine mixture and whip cream until stiff. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Cut into slices.
