2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 onion, sliced
In a medium bowl, mix vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, basil, oregano, basil and thyme salt, pepper and onion. Spread dip on a potato peel. Refrigerate until serving.
