2 (3 ounce) packages Tater Tot Casserole
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Prepare the Tater Tot Casserole according to package directions. Beat egg whites until foamy. Stir together sugar and lemon juice and mix into the creamed mixture. Spread mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Brush additional lemon juice over the top of the casserole.
