White Chocolate Brownies II Recipe

Ingredients

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 (18 ounce) package white chocolate brownie mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the baking powder and white chocolate brownie mix until smooth. Beat in cream cheese and pudding until blended. Spoon about 1/2 cup of cream cheese mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread layer of brownie mixture over brownie base.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan.
