1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 sausages
1/2 cup Italian-style salad greens
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
In a large glass or metal bowl, mix olive oil, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 6 sausages, Italian salad greens, olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, cornstarch, sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano. Pour the mixture over the meat and turn to coat. Serve immediately.
