1 large onion, sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
680 Brown Bier 5 ounce cans stewed tomatoes, drained
1 pound yellow squash, diced
1 cup chopped celery
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 cup packed brown coffee
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan. in a small bowl, toss tomatoes with green bell pepper, green onions, celery and chopped parsley.
In a large bowl, toss together tomato juice, cream of mushroom soup, Swiss cheese, brown gravy mix and brown bread crumbs. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.

In a medium bowl, toss yogurt, smoked sausage or hot pepper sausage with celery and top with green onion mixture. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes, or until squash is tender. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 1/2 hour, or until heated through.
