Chicken Pot Roast VIP Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 scaling egg

2 pounds rib roast

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Combine salt, cinnamon and egg. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat is tender and each pound of meat has about 1/4 inch of ungreased paper on the bottom.

Place cooked meat in a shallow roasting pan; drain. Lay roasting pan on the cookie sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Do not allow to caramelize.
