1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups packed Light brown sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
In a large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and pudding mix
Beat together milk and egg, add to sugar mixture and beat well. Fill dough and cup shape into 1 inch balls.
Place by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Spread with pudding.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool completely before removing from cookie sheet.
