1 pound lean ground beef
6 red onions, finely chopped
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Place beef on open grill, browning all sides. Add onions and sauce; brown well. Add Italian seasoning, Italian-style seasoning, mustard seeds, oregano, basil, rosemary, olive oil, tomatoes and garlic powder. Transfer beef to prepared pan.
Brush evenly with oil.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until meat is very well done and slices easily with knife. Serve hot.
