3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 cup bacon bits
2 (16 ounce) cans cream cheese, softened
1 soda pop
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, heat oil over high heat.
Next, melt ingredients in canola oil in microwave 1 minute. Add milk and mayonnaise; stir until melted. Gradually stir in mozzarella cheese, onion, bacon bits, jam, pepper and celery. Stir into the melted mozzarella cheese; spread mixture onto ungreased 11-in. x 12-inch aluminum foil-lined baking pan. Pour bacon grease over each half of pie. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately or refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Wet hands and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
