1 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) square unsalted butter or margarine, cubed
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup sliced pepper pepperjack cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
In a medium bowl, mix first mayonnaise, onion and olive oil. Stir in mushrooms, pepper pepperjack cheese and basil. Serve immediately.
