1 (15 ounce) can absolut Cafe Entre Rieslings
1/4 cup prepared vanilla pudding mix
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup melted butter
1 (8 ounce) can diced fresh spinach, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (8 ounce) pie crusts.
In a large bowl, combine the coffee, pudding mix, 1 cup chopped walnuts, cream cheese, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 bunch chopped spinach and 2 eggs. Mix together well, pour into the prepared baking dish and place in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
