4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound beef sirloin or thin cut, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon brown mustard
4 bay leaves
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef cubes until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to fat and brown them well. Stir in tomato sauce (or about 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoons brown mustard), brown mustard, bay leaves, and coated potato chips. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
