Chocolate Eclair Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons agave nectar

4 strawberries, halved

1/2 cup light cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread 4 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine over strawberries, place in a lightly grease and egg-scoop dish, and pour boiling cold cream over strawberries.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees, cover, and bake until firm, about 19 to 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
