Spinach Tomato Smoked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 pound smoked sausage links

2 (13 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chives

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken broth

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

3 tablespoons dried rosemary

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Season sausage with salt and pepper to taste.

Place sausage, tomato, tomatoes with green chives and chicken broth in a large stockpot. Stir together, and cook over medium heat until sausage is softened and liquid is reduced.

\\ Place chicken in saucepan and add water to cover. Cook on medium heat for 1-2 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through and juices are in 2 lardens.
