Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup milk

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

10 bananas, sliced

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, milk, cream cheese, eggs and flour. Stir until well blended.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool completely. While the cake is cooling, spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled cake, covering completely. Let cake cool completely. Remove the core from the bananas and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Serve warm or at room temperature.
