Goat Cheese Shrimp with Herb Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

1/2 cup dry white wine

1/4 cup Mediterranean-style salt

1/4 cup olive oil

4 skinless, boneless goat cheese - cubed

14 tomatoes, diced

3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced

Directions

Remove fatty foods from the slow cooker. Overcooking this step can cause problems later on, so make sure you understand the instructions. In a food processor, processor or blender, place melted butter, grated garlic and wine.
