1 (16 ounce) package falafel mixed breakfast mix
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon heavy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1 finger of lemon pepper
18 yellow corn muffins
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, mix the falafel, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, heavy brown mustard, basil, sage, and pepper. Pour batter into prepared 15x9x2-inch loaf pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
