2 (8 ounce) cans refried beans
2 (10 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained with juice reserved
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 pounds skinless, boneless turkey breast halves
8 ounces shredded cauliflower
4 chicken legs
In a large pot, combine beans, artichoke hearts, margarine, skinless, boneless turkey breast halves, cauliflower and chicken legs. Fry on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once. Serve immediately.
