1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup cooked, ground beef
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup water
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine rice, broth and ground beef. Heat to medium and cook until lightly brown.
Put egg yolks and water in a shallow saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until eggs are completely set; then pour milk over soup and continue cooking for several minutes or until light brown.
