4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup cold water
Remove the egg from the refrigerator and place it in a microwave oven safe bowl. Add milk, stir and add cold water. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Pour into sterilized, nonporous dishes and set microwave and temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
