Swiss Cream Cheese Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

1 (14 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 1/4 cups milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 (5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium glass bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sugar and milk. Fold in pudding mix, milk and oil. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool completely.
