Mustard Picnic Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups beer

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup jam

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

1 teaspoon hot water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions

In a small bowl, mix beer and vinegar, sugar, jam, distilled white vinegar, hot water and vanilla in a medium bowl. Mix in pineapple and fruit as desired. Pour mixture into a medium serving bowl. Chill overnight in refrigerator, up to 2 weeks.
