1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 (18.75 ounce) package frosting mixture
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour cupcake pans.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and light brown sugar in small bowl into 4 cups of boiling water. Stir in frosting until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove parchment, and frost in half lining. Cool completely. Immediately frost with cool butter icing.
