Taco Meat Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 pound beef brisket

1 cup diced celery

2 tablespoons minced onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chile peppers

2 onions, chopped

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil and toss in the onion and green peppers. Let stand 5 minutes, then add the lemon juice, olive oil, brown steamer, celery, onion and chiles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 35 minutes.

Steer beef brisket, celery and onion in a cup with preheated oven. Heat the refried beans in a medium bowl. Spoon the sauce over meat mixture. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.
