1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 red potatoes
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; stir in Worcestershire sauce and potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven to cook 20 minutes. Remove foil quickly and sprinkle with flour to keep potato from sticking. Toast with butter in oven for 2 minutes, removing foil. Remove from oven and let cool.
Mix together red and potato with salt and pepper. Roll out to 1/4 inch in variety of shapes. Place in foil-lined baking pan. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden and smooth. Cut olive into cubes and add to potato mixture.
