1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
4 pounds pork loin
In a large saucepan, bring water, oil and soy sauce to a boil. Stir in garlic, basil, rosemary and basil. Cook, stirring, for 15 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, oregano, pork, in a slow-cooker, cover and cook 15 minutes more. Remove pork from liquid, place in a large bowl, and gradually add broth. Shake vigorously to coat.
